Note that in these cases, as the data controller, we remain responsible for the processing of your data.

In addition, we may transfer data to our partners who provide services independently, regardless of your relationship with us. For example, if you order services from our partners through us or give us consent to share your data with partners or involve partners in processing based on a legal basis.

Finally, we may transfer data to government authorities if we are legally obligated to do so.

Are My Data Subject to Automated Processing?

We do not use data related to you for processing involving automated decision-making.

How Long Do We Retain Your Personal Data?

We retain your personal data as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected. For example, we retain the email address for sending newsletters only as long as you are subscribed to receive our newsletter.

Where Are My Personal Data Processed?

We primarily process your data in the Republic of Croatia and other European Union countries or European Economic Area (EEA) countries.

Only exceptionally, we transfer your data to so-called third countries, in which case we ensure adequate data protection measures, for example, by using the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or transferring data to countries that the European Commission has determined to provide an adequate level of personal data protection.

  • Right to Rectification: You can request the correction of inaccurate personal data or supplement incomplete data (Article 16 of the GDPR);

  • Right to Erasure: You can request the deletion of your personal data in accordance with the provisions of Article 17 of the GDPR;

  • Right to Restriction of Processing: You can request the restriction of processing of your personal data in accordance with Article 18 of the GDPR;

  • Right to Object: You can object to the processing of your personal data based on legitimate interest related to specific data processing that concerns you (Article 21, Paragraph 1 of the GDPR);

  • Right to Data Portability: You can request that personal data related to you, which you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, be transferred to another service provider (Article 20 of the GDPR);

  • Right to Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw the consent you have given us at any time, and your data processed based on that consent will no longer be used.
